Congregational Care Ministry

The Congregational Care Ministries serve our church by providing care for the congregational through the oversight and cooperation of these areas of Ministry:

Counseling, Visitation, Deacons, Prayer, Ambassadors and Mariners Fellowships, and Support Groups.

The AMBASSADORS Fellowship group meets on the third Tuesday of each month for a potluck lunch and an inspirational program.

The MARINERS Fellowship group meets on the third Friday of each month for a catered dinner and inspirational program.

COUNSELING: A variety of Biblical counseling is available including Pre-Marital and Post-Marital, one on one, and Discipleship training. There is also mentoring available for women by women.

GRIEFSHARE: Tuesdays, from 10am-12pm, room 202, in the Worship Center. Led by June Lowe, this support group is for those who have lost loved ones. For more information contact the church office (729-2331).

A DIVORCE CARE group, for those going through divorce, meets weekly as needed.

PRAYER: Many prayer teams are active throughout the congregation.

DEACONS: The Deacons Ministries consist of: Flowers to Shut-ins, Anniversary Cards, Baptisms, Food Pantry, Communion, and Funeral and Memorial Luncheons.

MEN'S CARE MINISTRY: Come and become a part of this new shepherding ministry! As we see the need to minister to our entire congregation, we are starting a new ministry, which will shepherd those who are shut-ins.
